Courtesies & Policies
PLEASE NOTE: A $20 deposit is required before booking your nail appointment. This guarantees your spot and goes towards your service. If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment, or do not cancel and reschedule within the time allowed, you will FORFEIT your deposit -- It is NON-REFUNDABLE. An attempt to reschedule must be made within 24-hours to prevent forfeiture of the aforementioned deposit. If the "rescheduled" appointment is cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited.
It is recommended to schedule your appointment in advance. For maximum availability, I suggest that you reserve your next appointment prior to departing. Please use the contact form on the “Reservations” page to request your appointment.
Upon scheduling your 1st appointment I will need you to provide me with a valid email address to confirm/remind you of your scheduled appointment(s) 1- 2 days prior to your services and as a courtesy reminder to arrive 15 minutes prior to any service. This will allow you time to fill out any consultation forms, use the restroom, relax and have a moment for yourself BEFORE your appointment time.
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. I will do my best to accommodate my late arrivals, but out of consideration for a following guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. You may also be required to pay a late fee charge of $5-$10. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in automatic rescheduling and the $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that you notify me 24-hours BEFORE your booking time so I can accommodate the needs of other clients.There will be a $25 Cancellation Fee accessed for all appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. All new client deposits will become non-refundable 24 hours after appointments are scheduled. No Call/No Shows will automatically result in a $25 cancellation fee that must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in automatic rescheduling and the $25 cancellation fee will apply.
